Step-by-Step Procedure:

1. Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee (Bk)

2. Enter case number and click Next

3. Select Chapter 11 Subch V Trustee's Report of No Distribution R - re-designated case from event pick list and click Next

4. Select Party from party pick list or Add/create new party, click Next

5. The PDF Document selection page will display. Browse, View, and Attach, click Next

6. Click Next

7. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.    If not correctclick bankruptcy to start over/ if correct, click Next to complete the filing process
